John is a seasoned veteran in marketing, negotiating, and selling real estate. His List to Sale Price Ratio is an impressive 97% plus; significantly out-performing the average. He is an expert communicator characterized by clients and associates as “attentive to meticulous detail” as well as “thorough in comprehensive follow-up”, tirelessly working to achieve his client's goals.
John is committed to his clients with easy access via phone, email, and of course in person.
A professional dedicated to his community he is the former treasurer and currently Trustee Emeritus of The Friends of the Belmar Harbour, Inc. (a charitable education trust); a group dedicated to teaching children how to sail and navigate on the water. Past experience as a Planning Board member gives him an insider’s knowledge of what possibilities a property truly has. He is also knowledgeable in 1031 Tax Exchanges.
